You can book each valet service as often as you like, from once a week to every eight weeks. Additionally, you can choose to add optional extras to your bookings as needed.

Yes you can cancel up to 2 appointments and reschedule.
Can you cancel an appointment
Yes we can. this would only be due to the weather or staff sickness. We would also offer you an alternative appointment.

How does repairing stone chips work
We use our paint scheme to mix to paint code of the vehicle, and treat each stone chip separately, lacquering each one on top. Our aim is to make them invisible from 1 meter away.
The stone chip quantity is based over 12 months
How does the scratch repair work
This is for scratches and scuffs that can be polished out via machine polishing. If the effected area can’t be removed by machine polishing, you can get 20% off our smart repair service.
What is winter protection
Our winter protection is a light polish of your vehicle carried out by a machine bringing your paintwork back to life, alongside a higher grade of protection to protect your vehicle.
What if i buy a new car
Not a problem your package would continue just let us know before your appointment.
